ByteBack Technology ships refurbished devices NZ‑wide. Every order is packed securely, tracked, and handled with care to ensure your device arrives safely and ready to use.
Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• If additional verification or testing is required, we’ll contact you promptly.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners.
All shipments include:
• Tracking
• Standard courier handling
• Secure packaging
Delivery timeframes:
• North Island: 3–5 business days
• South Island: 3–10 business days
• Rural addresses: May require additional time
These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on courier performance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
If free shipping promotions apply, they will be clearly shown before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
• A shipping confirmation email
• A tracking number
• A link to follow your parcel’s progress
If tracking does not update within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we’ll assist.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with:
• Photograph the packaging and device
• Contact us immediately at bytebacktechnology@outlook.com
We will work with the courier and yourself to resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Failure to collect
You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
Returns & Faulty Items
If your device develops a fault covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA):
• ByteBack covers the return shipping
• We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue
For non‑fault returns (e.g., incorrect address, refused delivery), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit:
• We will open an investigation with the courier
• If confirmed lost, we will replace or refund the order
Courier investigations may take several business days.
