All products sold by ByteBack Technology are professionally refurbished and graded based on cosmetic condition. Each listing clearly states the condition grade and includes notes about any visible wear. All refurbished items are fully tested and confirmed to be in good working order.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, refurbished products are supplied with a 3‑month Return‑to‑Base (RTB) hardware warranty. Full warranty details are available on our Warranty page.

Are the devices fully tested before sale?

Do you remove previous user data?
