Warranty

ByteBack Technology provides a Return-to-Base (RTB) hardware warranty on all refurbished products sold through our store. This warranty covers hardware faults that arise under normal use during the warranty period.

Unless otherwise stated, refurbished products are supplied with a 3-month RTB hardware warranty. In the event of a fault, the product must be returned to ByteBack Technology for inspection and assessment. Return shipping costs to ByteBack Technology are the responsibility of the customer.

Our warranty covers hardware-related failures only and does not cover software issues, accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or faults caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. Cosmetic wear consistent with the listed condition grade is not covered under warranty.

All refurbished devices are tested and quality-checked prior to sale. We strongly recommend customers back up important data regularly, as data loss can occur during diagnostics, repairs, or replacement processes.

If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, ByteBack Technology will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
